With over 7 years in the construction industry, Griseldo’s career began through home renovations and flipping properties, which sparked his passion for building and operational excellence.

Griseldo’s leadership is rooted in honesty, safety, and teamwork, helping drive the company’s continued success. Originally from Albania, he is bilingual and remains connected to his roots, with future plans to invest back home. Outside of work, Griseldo enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with his family—his greatest motivation.
