Iva and Clyde, owners of Bay to Bay Group, are like a dynamic duo that belongs on a top-tier HGTV show! We ultimately chose to work with them, as they are dedicated to building each home in the area, with different character and curb appeal, rather than the other prominent builder in the area who is repeating the same format all over town, diminishing the character and uniqueness of each home! In addition, they were open to upgrades to finishes to make sure we loved the space, which was not an option with the other builder.
Through the build process, Iva and Clyde’s attention to detail, their passion, and their excitement to build our dream home was second to none, and their team was truly a pleasure to work with. Every step of the way, they were patient and excited to ensure delivery of exactly what we envisioned, with the details that mattered to us most. Through the process, they treated us like we were the only home they were building and focused on, when in reality, they are quickly becoming one of the top custom/semi-custom builders in the area!
Bay to Bay delivered the home ahead of schedule, while including us in big decisions along the way. Even after we closed on the home, they are still responsive and looking to deliver some features included, like accent walls and other details they would like to see added.
We thought we chose wisely when we committed to Bay to Bay, but had no idea how much they would exceed our high expectations. We are so lucky we went with them, versus the other group in town!!
