Nidia Begaj is an Interior Designer at Bay to Bay Group and a key part of the creative energy that drives both design and content. With a few incredible years on the team, she’s known for her passion, precision, and commitment to bringing spaces to life—from floorplans to final finishes. She also helps share Bay to Bay’s vision through its social media, blending style and storytelling in everything she creates.

One of her proudest projects is the North East Park House, where she poured her heart into every detail. Nidia approaches every design with care and intention, guided by her belief in showing up, setting goals, and giving 100%. Her coworkers lovingly call her “Sweet Nidia,” a nod to both her kind spirit and her strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Nidia is a proud mama of two boys and loves spending time with her family, staying active, and soaking in the small moments. To her, design isn’t just work—it’s where her heart is.
