We recently purchased a new home from Bay to Bay Group in St. Petersburg. We moved here a year ago and initially bought a new townhouse in Downtown St. Pete. We quickly realized that we missed owning a house. We spent months looking at new and older homes in the area. When we walked into the Bay to Bay house, we were immediately impressed. The quality of the materials was obvious. Their attention to details was exceptional and the home felt very different than any other house that we looked at. Their houses are very creative. There’s nothing “cookie cutter” about the design, layout or finishes. They also built the home with a 3 car garage and large ADU which were a great bonus.
I’ve reached out to Clyde and his team a number of times for little things. He has always been responsive and incredibly helpful. This has definitely been one of the best home purchase experiences that I’ve ever had.
